BAND BOOSTER MEETING
SEPTEMBER 6TH, 2007
President, Eli Anderson on September 6th, 2007 at 7:00 p.m, called the first meeting of the Reagan H.S. Band Booster Club to order. in the auditorium.
Board Members present were: President, Eli Anderson, Vice President, Janet Huber, Vice President, David Brumbaugh, Vice President, Stephen Elmore, Secretary, Jeana Alspaugh , Treasurer, Tracy Tearpock.
Members present were: Greg Rierson, Mitchell Doub, Stephanie Keys, Cheryl Rhoades, Karen Powers, Wendy Minor, Kim Minor, Mary Susan Burcham, Nancy Thomas, James Thomas, Glen Dozier, Mandy Dozier.
President, Eli Anderson introduced the Board members and briefly explained the process for nomination and election to the Band Booster Board. He emphasized the fact that three (3) positions; President, Secretary and Treasurer will be vacant for 2008-09.

BAND PREVIEW (Jamboree) – October 11th at Glenn H.S.
Detailed times and directions to all events will be emailed to parents as dates approach.
Parents are WELCOME and ENCOURAGED to ride with the Raider bus to all marching band events. Notify Dave Brumbaugh (Dave.Brumbaugh@bentley.com) if you wish to do so or if you are not receiving band emails.
A suggestion was made to put the revised date on any changes made to the existing website Band of Raiders schedule. This was noted and will be implemented by V.P. (Membership), Dave Brumbaugh.
WAYS AND MEANS – V.P. Stephen Elmore
A tentative BUDGET for 2007-08 has been prepared and will be finalized and emailed to the membership. It will be voted on at the October 4th Band Booster meeting.
EXPECTED EXPENSES and PROJECTED INCOME for 2007-08:
The Band Booster Club expects to cover numerous expenses for Marching Band, Color Guard, and related Fine Arts program involvement.
